About the Artists

The Goldner String Quartet is an ensemble of international significance, favourably compared with the best in the world. Named in 1995 for Richard Goldner, the founder of Musica Viva Australia, the ‘Goldners’ retain all founding members and celebrate their 28th Anniversary in 2023.  Each is well known through their orchestral and solo performances, their many recordings and their concurrent membership of the Australia Ensemble@UNSW.
