NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Wednesday 28 MAY 2025 at 6PM (before the Seraphim Trio concert at 8PM)

Notice is hereby given of the Society’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held in the Orchestra Room in the backstage area of The Concourse Concert Hall, Chatswood, at 6pm on Wednesday 28 May 2025.

Enter by the stage door on Anderson Street, Chatswood. Current members are urged to attend to deal with the business of the Society for the current year.

 

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Nominations are called for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Marketing Officer, Technical Officer or Committee Member.

Nominees are required to have been members of the Society for at least three previous years and must be willing to undertake any duties that may be required. Each nomination must be signed by a proposer and seconder both of whom must be members of the Society and by the nominee. All nominations must be given to the Secretary by 14 May 2025 (email: hon.sec@sydneymozartsociety.com.au).
